This is a hard thing to gauge without knowing the exact setup of the vehicle. If the TREs are making very little contact, it's possible that after the lift they had been replaced with longer TREs or may even need tie rod extensions. 3-4 inches is a really good amount of lift, and the aftermarket UCA tells me that a good amount of modification was done to make it all work. When the old TREs came off, did they appear to have much more contact than the Moogs you put on, or if you compared the two was there much of a difference between them?
People who run Titan Swaps put on the extensions from PRG traditionally or replace the them with Titan TREs. Unless you've got a Titan UCA and LCA though I would think those would be too long to work properly.
First thing you should probably do is take one of the Moog ends back off and compare it to the size of the old end and see exactly how much different there is. That should at least give you a good starting point to trouble shoot it.
