MO4wd's Midwest Spring Jamboree - April 6th &7th

Ladies & Gentlemen, IT'S OFFICIAL! Mo4wd will be hosting the 1st Annual Midwest Spring Jamboree at Sayersbrook Bison Ranch in April. The plan is to make this a "MIDWEST SPRING JAMBOREE" open to Jeeps, Yotas, Nissans, whatever rig you desire that is trail worthy.

Cost: $25 per vehicle per day, $5 per passenger per day, $10 per camping tent, $5 per additional tent member, $15 shirts

So far, we have about 10-12 rigs locked in. ANYBODY with ANY TRUCK is welcome to join us out there. There are all makes and models participating.

Midwest Spring Jamboree

Tentative Event Schedule (subject to change)

Saturday, April 6th:
8:00am – Check in at the main office
8:45am - Driver's meeting in the main lot
9:00am - Head to the trails
12:00pm to 1:30pm - LUNCH on the trail (whatever you brought)
5:30pm - set up campsites by the lake
6:30pm - Dinner
8:00pm - Meeting + Raffle + bonfire begins

SUNDAY, April 7th
8:00am - Check in at the main office (only for those who did not attend Saturday)
8:45am - Drivers meeting in the main lot
9:00am - Head to the trails
12:00pm to 1:00pm - LUNCH on the trail (wherever you brought)
5:00pm - Pack up and head out (need to be out by 6pm)

Above you will find the schedule for the weekend Jamboree at Sayersbrook Bison Ranch. We ask that everyone please plan accordingly and arrive early to allow time to check in and air down in time for the drivers meeting.

Meals will NOT be provided for the weekend so please pack accordingly. Lunch will most likely be eating on the trails so keep this in mind. Saturday evening, many of us are planning on BBQing so check the forum for details on who will be bringing what (grills, charcoal, etc) top see what you can help with.

If you would like to avoid getting up early on Saturday morning, there will be a group of us camping Friday evening. You are more than welcome to show up Friday for camping but additional fees will apply and must be paid directly to Sayersbrook when you arrive. The cost for Friday is the same as Saturday, $10 per tent + $5 additional person per tent. We will arrive friday evening around 7:00 pm. PLEASE EMAIL US AT MO4WD@YAHOO.COM IF YOU PLAN ON CAMPING FRIDAY EVENING. We need to get an idea of how many will be attending.

Lastly, We recommend that everyone bring a CB radio, recovery strap, full size spare tire, tire pressure gauge, basic first aid kit, toilet paper, and trash bags. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please post up on the forum or shoot us an email. Thanks!
