Correct part number for O2 sensor please?

I have a p1168 and P0051. I think it is the sensor you can see behind the driver side wheel well, before the cat. Can anyone confirm? If I am correct can anyone please give me the correct part number? I want to make sure I get the correct replacement.

Those where the exact 2 Codes that I had on my 09 when the drivers side front O2 Sensor went bad

P0051 refers to a damaged heater in Sensor 1, Bank 2 (driver upstream). Replacement can be had from Rock Auto for about $60 + shipping.
