U joint question

2002 Xterra 2 wd drive V6 non S/C, auto

I want to replace the 3 u joints on the drive shaft..mine has the split drive shaft with a mid shaft bearing...does anyone know the part numbers to the u joints?

also, can the midshaft bearing be replaced or does it have to go to a driveshaft shop?

Thanks
