Rausch Creek 12/1/12

Im a total noob, so am going to be making my first trip to Rausch Creek this weekend. If anybody is going or wants to go Id love to meet up with some experienced off roaders. Let me know!

I think there is a group of Xterras going up there. Are you going with someone? You know you need to be in a group of atleast 2 to ride in the park.

damn no i didnt know that. Im guessing you mean 2 trucks? And do you know when the group is going?

Yea they won't let you run the trails unless there are atleast 2 trucks in a group. They are gonna wheel Saturday. What mods are on your truck or are you completely stock?

Im completely stock as of right now. So was just looking to do some beginner/basic trails. Any way I can get in touch with them? Or is this idea dunzo? lol

Well they will be doing harder trails. Without any protection (Skids, Sliders) on your Xterra its probably not a good idea to do harder trails.

Keep your eye out for trail runs. There are usually runs up to RC about once a month. There is actually one planned for January i believe.

Thanbks, Ill keep an eye out on the forums. Im in Levittown, NY. Theres a few little spots on the island. Nothing crazy. Been on here all day trying to figure my first mod. Thinking SST lift and some tires to start. Thanks again for the info

Tires are gonna be your best 1st mod. I would go with tires.
