The Supercharger probably needs more fuel than the non-sc so it would need a different fuel injector.
In looking at this page on Parts Geek
it looks like they have it listed which ones are for non-sc or Naturally Aspirated and which are for Supercharged engines.
As far as wiring them in individually you'd probably have to do some custom harness work. I was a little confused though, are you needing harness that's been modified that runs cabling for just one fuel injector or are you needing just the socket end on the harness side for the injector? If it's the socket end, I'd cut one out of a wrecked X at a junk yard and then solder it in place on the existing harness.
