Hi,
I am thinking about doing the bleed myself. Do I need to lift each wheel for the bleed? Can you access to the bleed point without taking off the wheel?
Thanks
Norman
Any rig it's easier to lift it up for access. And yeah you need to take off the wheels the bleeder screws are at the top of the backing plates. I'm not sure of the order of which wheel is first or last though. Just make sure you know the routine before starting. If you screw it up - no brakes and that's never good.
I had to change my rear break lines (2001) after I f’d them up during a run at Rausch.
I figured I might as well install some Speed-Bleeders while I was in there since it would make it a bit easier to bleed the lines (by myself) afterwards. Plus at around $12 a set WTF?
I got the Russell brand;
Worked as advertised, I've had them on for a few years now, I likey.
