What is the likely cause of this play in a drive shaft?

Can someone tell me what the likely cause is of this play in the drive shaft for a 2003 Xterra 4WD?
The U-joints are solid, it appears to be some type of bearing, but want to make sure I purchase the correct part.
Sorry about the poor video quality.

I think it's happening on both the rear and front drive shaft.

Thanks!
Mike

From the first glance, the slight movement seems like to have derived from an issue with the bearing. However, it could be something internal too knocking at the bearing instead. I hope someone more expert could reply so we both can benefit. I can just keep the info handy in case my ride faces a similar issue in the future (crosses fingers).

Out of curiosity, was the cause of this play ever figured out? I have an X that is making a slight clunk noise when driving at highway speed, letting off the throttle then reapplying throttle... (you know good old Seattle traffic stuff). I was thinking U-joints but haven't gotten around to looking into it just yet.
