I'm interested in this as well. I've got cracked exhaust manifolds on both sides. Would like to upgrade when I replace.

Looks like there are a few ebay sellers seemingly selling the exact same headers for around $150, delivered. DPTMotorsports, SpeedDaddy, and DNA Motorsports. I'd bet they all get them from the same supplier in China. They use similar marketing descriptions but the SpeedDaddy auction describes the manufacturing process. They look great, and the pictures even seem to show quality gaskets, which I've read were often discarded in the past on some headers in favor of a Nissan manifold gasket. It looks like they even provide the EGR port plug, based on the pictures.

I can't find anyone on the xterra or frontier forums chime in on these specific headers. I've got a leaking passenger manifold and I'm on the fence on replacing with stock manifold or going with headers. If I could just hear from one person saying they're happy with them on their X, I'd pull the trigger today. Maybe I need to be the guinea pig....hell, it's just $150 plus CEL's and some replacement manifold studs/nuts and a weekend of my time.

I hope to soon. Getting tired of the noise made by the cracked manifold. I'm going to do the valve cover gaskets and replace all the manifold studs, among other things, at the same time. Early May is when I hope to have the $ to order them up. I'll let you know how it goes.

looking forward to it. There are comments on the auction itself, but sometimes those are fake...

That, and none of them mention which vehicle they have.
