An alternator Riceman? How much do you have invested in that?
New or rebuilt with core charge.....

Torsion bars, Tie rod ends and adjusters, Auto-hubs, Air filter, some wire, and some hose. Also, I have a spare alternator, but I don't carry it with me in the truck. I plan to add tbar anchors and adjusters to this list.

On a normal local run I don't carry much in terms of parts. As long as I can limp it off the trail, I have AAA Plus which gets me free towing up to 100 miles.

I do carry a bunch of recovery gear, tools (including duct/electrical tape, silicon sealer, JB Weld (water weld), tire plug kit, zip ties, ratchet straps, and other things I am forgetting), air filter, etc.

If I am going to be away from the area, I have a Rubbermaid container that I carry the following.

Oil filter
Oil drain plug
5 quarts of oil
2 qts gear oil
1 Gallon anti-freeze (this isn't in the box as it won't fit)
PB Blaster
Silicon Spray
White Lithium Grease
Spare Alternator
Spare Alternator bolts
Misc nuts, bolts and washers (not to anything specific)
Fan belt
**Other stuff I can't remember)

As soon as they get here, I'll be carrying a spare front half shaft and tie rod adjuster and end.
