I ordered a Calmini front bumper for my '01

Xterra over the recent Labor day weekend (10% off!). Can't wait to get it and get it on the truck! I'll post a picture when I do.

Did u work it direct? they are pretty horrible when it comes to shipping, it took multiple phones to finally get a tracking no. Turns out they didn't even ship it.

Payment was taken out upon the 2nd day but took 3 weeks to ship on a 1 day shipment. These were for my UCA's

Not sure what you mean by "work it direct," but I'm starting to sense they don't have their shit together. Now at 7 weeks since ordering. Called Tuesday and asked for a status. Justin said, "I'll have to check with production and call you back." No call back yet. Sent an email that went unanswered as well. I'm not panicked yet (they charged cc almost immediately), but I am getting nervous.

Another unreturned call and another ignored email. Gonna give Calmini two more chances and then I'm calling the credit card company to cancel order and reverse the charges. If you can't give a customer a simple status update, you shouldn't be in business.

Gotta call back today telling me my bumper was in powder coating and should ship sometime next week. Yay if true.

Shouldn't be too hard to find. I see older model xterras being parted out all the time. There is a good xterra yard sale group on Facebook.

Another two weeks passed and still no shipping notice or other update from Calmini. WTF is wrong with the people running that business? They advertise 4 - 5 weeks. I ordered almost 10 weeks ago. I think they need to get Marcus Lemonis in there to teach them about business processes. They apparently have no clue how to get work completed in a timely fashion.

Hate to not add anything beneficial, but I experienced a VERY similar problem with these guys. Ordered the idler arm brace, got no update for a week, called them. I was told it was at the powder coater will ship out the next couple days. I don't get an update on shipping the next two days and now it's the weekend so I can't contact them. Call them first thing Monday, they tell me it's still at the powder coater and will ship the next day. Finally it ships that Wednesday. So two and a half weeks after I ordered something I was told was in stock ready to ship, I finally have my little idler arm brace after having to call them TWICE regarding the stupid thing.

While they were responsive for me, it seems like, "It's at the powder coater." is a diversion tactic in the vein of, "Oh, someone other than us is taking a long time to finish your product our piece is done." Some folks seem to have great luck with them, though, and from what I've read they always seem to deliver, even if it is late. It's just the process that's like chewing aluminum foil.
