Ok so here's the problem my mothers car broke a timing Belt and my dad replaced everything, we put it all back together and now you turn the key and the starter didn't even try to turn, replaced the starter and still nothing. I can not find a starter relay anywhere but what could cause this problem before the timing belt broke this had never happened

Did you have the old starter tested? Might not have anything to do with the starting system, did you double and triple check the cam timing? If it's off and a piston is pushing on a valve then it will not turn over. Test the starter and solenoid just to be sure but a broke timing belt usually doesn't make a starter go. Likely something didn't get hooked back up, check all grounds and wires that were messed with
