Anyone know how to remove these suckers? I'm getting paracord handles soon.
The ones on the A-pillars up front are easy, but I searched around and couldn't find anything on the ones above the doors. I'm sure it's simple, I just didn't want to do it wrong and break them.
Please let me know if those handles "bolt right in" so to speak.. I replaced my headliner with camo fabric and would love to replace the handles if they fit easily.

I'm actually making my own now but they should work the same! I just ordered the paracord today so when I get them done I'll try to remember to get back to this post!
I checked out all the handle bolts today though, should be a pretty easy install, just going to use some washers to clamp it down.
And in case you still haven't figured out how to remove the handles.. The little plastic pieces on the outside, pop up from the outside and then can be slid inwards. There are two screws beneath them.

Looking good.. My thoughts were to use a hook that bolts on instead of just washers.. Like put the paracord end on, then put a hook on top of it, then put a bolt straight through both of them.. This way you gain some hooks just for whatever.

I already removed the handle and attached the cargo hooks to it. Then attached my curtain rod and hung my curtains.. But there's still some exposed areas from where the handle was.. I'll probably cut a sheet of plastic or something to cover any exposed areas.. Then attach those braided handles I've yet to make.. But I'll just do a quick swap and throw them on when I get them finished
