not sure why but really bad gas milage lately changed air filter Wix new cap rotor wires and plugs Denso pk16tt old plugs look great just worn no error codes running smooth any ideas?
try using synthetic oil for your truck. preferably Mobil one. Since then i have been getting an extra 15 miles a tank. I only get about 245 miles before hitting reserve.
I am used to race sponsored by mobile just changed fuel filter see if that helps but thanxs didnt realize the oil made that much of a difference we get about the same milage but at 4.05/gal us its getting expensive
I would try the alternative suggestion too. Every mile counts toward saving up your finances especially if you are on the road on a daily basis. It will not do any harm to your vehicle even if you have never tried synthetic before. I have heard that not all types of vehicles can perform well with such an option though. However, a truck would do just fine in my opinion. Give it a try and give us your feedback.
I do for the last 20 years all synthetic even axles but I think the fuel filter was plugging up got my power back not lagging anymore.
