I'm looking to sell my SE this year and I'm wondering what the demand is for my particular model. It's a 5-speed, 214K. I've been asked by a few interested parties that seemed eager to buy it but I wasn't ready to sell. Kelley BB priced it pretty low but its in good condition. If you have some good information please post. Thanks
Whatever Kelley BB lists for private sale value for your area is usually a fair gauge on what you can expect. I'm not sure what anyone can add, except how we all probably feel it's valued too low when it's our vehicle up for sale. That being said, when I started shopping for mine in 2010, I was set on an 02'-04' SE with the supercharger and manual transmission. I wanted one bad enough that I flew 700 miles to get one in TX just for one with low miles and no chance of rust. Even then, I talked them down to private party value and made them do the timing belt before I agreed to buy it. You may get lucky and sell it for more, especially if you're not in a hurry and can wait for someone to come along that's set on your particular model year, features, and condition.
