I don't think any new car should have a vibration but that's my opinion. I don't know about the balancer fixing your problem. i used an old style balancer at my buddy's shop to balance my MT's and the wheel vibration went away. even put 6 ounces on one wheel. If the vibration gets worse then there is something else that's wrong.

Yeah Im gonna keep and eye on it, if it gets worse I'll bring it back. I hate dealerships!

hydrolocking is just that, you wouldnt of been able to get that motor started again
the motor locks due to the water hitting the bearings and causing them to disintegrate then spewing all those metal shards throughout th motor
its not when you just stall from getting water in the intake...
thats just "stalling"
well i'll have to dissagree with you on that one. Hydrolockin the motor is when the motor locks up because the pistons cannot compress the water like it does air and the motor stops. In order to get the motor running again you have to release the pressure and you do that by taking the plugs out and crankin the motor. That will release the pressure and get the water out of the cylinder chambers. You don't have to break something to call it hydrolocking. Sometimes that is the result from hydrolocking. When i "stalled" my motor in a puddle i blew my head gasket. I guess that's not called hydrolocking either???

Yeah - Its hydrolocking.
Hydrolocking is just the condition where the pistons are stopped by the water, because the water doesn't compress like the air would.
At low enough rpm/forces...the engine CAN be stopped W/O Damage on a hydrolock.
If the rpm/forces are sufficient, well, the damage is proportionally worse.
In Brian's (Justfoorits's...) case, it seems that the engine was locked up, but, removing the spark plugs and pumping it out was sufficient to get it started again, eventually.
In my own case a few years back...the engine suffered internal damage, and was toast.
Both were examples of hydrolocked engines, one toasted (Mine), and one salvagable (Brian's).
Hope that helps!
I started to upload pics to my gallery, but the size limits on the uploads are stymying me...so the one's shot at lower resolution are the only one's small enough to upload.
Hmmm...looks like the gallery flips picks to landscape, making some shot in portrait show sideways.
Found out that when I hit the water, the water pressure ripped the innerfender plastic out of the way and gave the "choclate milk" water the red carpet treatment to the intake. Unfortunately, I think I bent a couple valves. She starts up and runs and idles but has no power. Well, stock is 100hp so I think i'm down to about 50hp.
She did make the 40 mile trip home. Top speed, 45mph, 4th gear.
I want to thank everyone for allowing me to participate. I had a really great time up untill the last half hour. I appreciate everything you guys and gals did to help get me going again. Hopefully it won't be too long before I get the Toy back in shape (and with a REAL snorkel this time). Already can't wait to go out again!
Been wanting a new motor anyway. Mine had so much blow-by that it would spit oil out of the dipstick.
Pics soon.
