Keep in mind Norman cost a bit more than the rest of the Metro because of OU and Paoli is about 40 miles south of there so if you look around Noble and Purcell you should be able to do well. Blanchard is pretty nice too. Some of those towns you might also be able to get a chunk of land with the house, depending on finding a seller who is eager to sell.
I live in Edmond. Just got my 03 supercharged X last week and I LOVE IT!! just repalced the coupler in the blower today and will be doing the k.s. resistor mod tomorrow.

I'm here in OKC, on the north side. I have a green 2011. No major mods yet, just the small details. And I'm new to this forum. Good to see a few Okies around.
No, most people by a x for the status symbol they have turned into. I have one and so does my buddy. And we are looking to go play in some mud or something.
I've had my 2002 SE 4WD since 2003. Currently it just has a TJM T15 bumper. I have been around the forums off and on since I bought the X. I even went to Disney OK with the now gone Heartland Xterra Owners Club. Next mod will be that diy 2" body lift that has been living in my garage for too many years. If you guys are going wheeling give me a shout.
Hey guys wanted to invite you Oklahoma folks to join ON-TORC " Oklahoma Nissan-Toyota Off Road Club" we just got it up and running. Us import guys are lacking in the representation side of things. Here is the link! https://www.facebook.com/groups/310805645749721/
Just added a request to join as well. Bought a new 2014 Pro-4X, an upgrade from my previous Xterra.
Am in the OKC area. If you do another one of these, would love to tag along.
