Lots of possible things...the most common is the hood cushions/stops needing adjustment....followed by the shock mounts getting loose, etc.
After that, there's so many things to clunk on any given truck...we'd need more info.
Are you able to recreate the clunk in the driveway, by bouncing the rig, or shacking the hood or shocks, etc?
Can you jack up the front, and shake the tires in/out from both top/bottom grips and f/r grips?
