2" Body Lift & Tires questions

I've decided to get a 2" BL in order to fit some 33's on my 06' X. I have a good amount of questions about it, im pretty excited about it. : If I put on the 33's with the BL would there be any rubbing anywhere? Also, what are the pros and cons of a BL and 33's? How much is the 2" BL usually cost around? I was also thinking about getting wheel spacers just to widen its stance, whats your guys opinion on wheel spacers, and are there any downsides to them? And finally, what all would I need for a good BL, would i have to get anything else besides the body lift?
