Red face

Gotten a quote from Nissan to flush the transmission fluid and radiator fluid. That'll be coming up in the near future as the heater's not working unless I'm moving. Sucks when my windshield is iced over and I can't defrost it without scraping it.

I've also thrown holy water on mine and had a priest pray over it to hopefully prevent a SMOD.

Swapped in a set of Bilstein's, wow what a difference! If anyone is interested Summit Racing has the best price I have found @ $75ea with free 2-day shipping.

A couple days ago I also had to replace my alternator that just died suddenly after 137,365 Miles and 12 years.

I replaced my Alt last week as well. I put on an '02 Nissan Quest Alt for extra power if I should ever add any lighting/power accessories.

Yesterday and today...Replaced timing belt, tensioner, water pump, t-stat, drive belts, and cleaned up radiator...took me about 20 hours (oil changes and brakes were about the extent of my mechanical experience before), but it's done and the X fired right up beautifully.Click image for larger version

Ha, sure thing! Be sure to give yourself a couple hours just to scrape the stupid water pump gasket off, that was the biggest P.I.T.A. of the whole job
