I have replaced the bearing with aftermarket how come my new bearing acts like a old one by squealing when realeased or slowing down while in gear

does the new bearing have to be set up for contact with the pressure plate to stop the noise

Welcome to the club.

When it's just idling, (but not moving), is it loader or quieter with the clutch pressed down to the floor?

When you replaced the throw out bearing, did you also replace the bearing in the flywheel? This could be the squealing you are hearing.
It should always be replaced, whenever the transmission is removed.
