Cargo Box

I removed the roof cargo box and it looks like there should be a trim piece where it was mounted to the rails. I called 2 Nissan dealers and they said no. I thought the Cargo box was an option so I would think there is something else that mounts there. There is 2 additional threaded holes where it looks like they would go.

Huh??? My gen1 didn't have the basket when I got it, my gen 2 has the basket. I got no parts with the gen2 (bought new) to cover the place where the basket mounts. Just has four holes there when its removed.

The X model for earlier years that didn't have the box came with a piece to go on there. Give me a minute and I will try to find it.

EDIT: Here is what you are looking for I think, found in this thread: http://www.thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?p=748633

wonder if that helps out the sunroof...

I hate the sunroof on my X, when I open it, it pulls dust and rain in instead.
