Constant power to outlets

How can I make my power outlets have constant power. 2012 Pro4X, owners manual says the console and rear outlets are supposed to have constant power. NONE of mine do. Only have power when the vehicle is turned on. Dealership said that some X's have 1 powered and some don't. I smell bullshit. Anyone know a way to get either the dash or console outlet to have constant power?
