2012 is in full swing with 6 days left in January, then it will be in the record books! We smashed all of our forum records for site hits, number of posts, and number of new topics! Your elected officers of the premier Xterra club want to start off by saying THANK YOU! If it wasn’t for all the members of your Arizona Xterra club we would not be as successful as we have been. We all have a vision of making AZXC recognized across the nation as the “club” everyone wants to be a part of and we are well underway to accomplishing this goal.

Some of the new things we all saw in our first month of 2012 included raffles, truck of the month, and more Xcursions than ever. We have held three (3) successful raffles giving away more than $150 in raffle prizes. The first ever AZXC Truck of the month poll is underway, where the winner’s picture will be posted up on the AZXC Home Page (www.AZXterraClub.com) and also on the forum welcome page! The 2012 AZXC Kick-Off Run was a huge success as was our first meeting of 2012 and Day @ The Range! Make sure you check out the pictures on the forum!

With February less than a week away we have more Xcursions planned! February 11 is the Joint AZXC/SCCX Rattlesnake Canyon Sand to Snow Xcursion. February 18 & 19 is the Tucson AZXC Camping trip, and we will finish off the month February 25 with a “Mod” day. All the details can be found on the forum.

The month of March is also in the works. The Annual AZXC Chili Cook-Off is being planned for the 4th Saturday of the month at Kiwanis Park in Tempe. We will also be planning more March Xcursions before the temperatures start to heat up in AZ.

Thanks you to all the members of AZXC, especially the supporting members, without you we would not be able to make things happen. If you haven’t renewed your supporting membership, don’t forget to do so. If you want to become a supporting member just log into the website or forum and click the PayPal Donate tab. Again thank you for your support this is YOUR Arizona Xterra Club!

Any questions email us at info@azxterraclub.com

Well we are in our second month of 2012 and there is lots of stuff going on with your Arizona Xterra Club!

During the January meeting the members of AZXC decided to sponsor goneMoab11. If you are attending goneMoab or would like more information on this event check out the forum or www.gonemoab.com. This is an awesome event that draws Nissan enthusiasts from all over the country; make sure you check it out!

PIAA Power Sports was kind enough to donate a 510 ATP (All Terrain Pattern) Light Kit for a raffle. Please check out PIAA on the forum by clicking their logo when you log in. That raffle is currently on going on the forum so check it out. There are some rules for the raffle so make sure you read up on those as well. If you have any questions just email us at info@azxterraclub.com or send one of your officers a private message on the forum.

RockAuto.com has also committed to donating prizes and other goodies for our February Tucson Camping/Wheeling Xcursion on Feb 18th and 19th. Make sure if you need any parts or maintenance items to be sure to check RockAuto.com by clicking their logo on our website or forum. AZXC Members also receive an additional discount that code can be found in the Rock Auto section of the forum! Thanks RockAuto for your continued support of AZXC!

February we do have some events coming up. The weekend of Feb 10th is the joint AZXC/SCCX Sand to Snow Xcursion through Rattlesnake Canyon in California. We do have our Tucson Camping/Wheeling Xcursion mid-month, followed by a “MOD” day/ Meet & Greet on Feb 25th. More details can be found on the forum.

Lastly we want to thank the Supporting Members of AZXC along with our sponsors. Without them we would not have such a successful start to 2012!
We are currently working on securing a few more sponsorships for AZXC; we will keep you updated to the status of that. As for supporting membership, Jan 31 was the date that if you did not renew your supporting membership your status was changed to a regular member. If you would like to renew your supporting membership or become a supporting member click the join tab on the www.azxterraclub.com or the donate via PayPal tab on www.azxterraclub.com/forum.

Again, thank you to the supporting members and sponsors of AZXC.

We are all looking forward to a fun filled February!

Well with 1 day left in February 2012, we will say it was another successful month at your Arizona Xterra Club.

Just to recap we held a “Mod” day in conjunction with a meeting along with a Tucson Xcursion/Camping trip. Also this month Sunny1881 put together an awesome trail run to Sunflower Mine. What an awesome day that was. Check out pictures from the events on the forum.

March planning is pretty much complete. We have an Xcursion/Camping trip planned; “Montana Mountain 1 Year Later” along with the annual Chili Cook-Off. Deadpilot also has a member coordinated run planned in Yuma AZ. If you haven’t signed up for these events, what are you waiting for!

We would also like to welcome Superwinch, Expeditioneers and 4X4 Parts.com as sponsors to AZXC! These three great sponsors along with PIAA, Xoskel, Hunter Off-Road, RockAuto, and Partsgeek help make your Arizona Xterra Club what it is today. Please support these companies and check out their websites!

We are currently running just shy of 160 members to the forum. Great start to the 2012 year! Thank you to all the supporting members of AZXC! Supporting membership is only $25 a year, so if you haven’t become a supporting member, just click the donate via PayPal link (at the bottom of this page) and complete you supporting membership!

Don’t forget about the raffles that are on-going. We are raffling off a PIAA 510 ATP Light Kit and the winner will be announced at the Chili Cook-Off, and other great prizes will also be coming up!

As always if you have any questions email us at info@azxterraclub.com

Hope to see everyone out in March!

Happy Holidays from your Arizona Xterra Club! The holidays are upon us and the New Year is right around the corner, we have some exciting plans for the New Year. We have had a great following of Xterra owners from our inception some 11 years ago and we continue to grow.

We would like to start off by saying welcome to our newest sponsor; XT Fabrication! XT Fabrication is based out in Illinois but most of you have seen his work. Make sure you check out the XT Fabrication section of the forum for more information.

In 2013 we are looking to grow the club even more. We are looking to expand the club to include all Nissan trucks. We welcome anyone with a Frontier or Titan to sign up and join us on any of the AZXC events or Xcursions.

As we wrap up 2012 we would like to say Thank You to all of our sponsors and loyal members. We couldn’t do all of this without you. We are also looking to expand our sponsorship ranks in 2013 so be on the lookout for new and exciting things coming to your Arizona Xterra Club.

Don’t forget there is a few events scheduled for next week and weekend. There is a mod day planned along with an Xcursion. Also check out www.AZXterraClub.com for the latest information and changes that have taken place!

Everyone have a safe and happy holiday season. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Happy New Year from AZXC! Well the New Year is here and we are in our 13th year as AZXC.

We held our 2nd annual Kick-Off Run on December 30th. The run this year took us the Back Way to Crown King. What an adventure it was. About 5500feet up the mountain is started snowing. We went from partly cloudy skies in the valley to a snow storm up in Crown King. Pictures can be found on the forum.

In 2013 we are making more of an effort to expand the club to include all Nissan trucks. Throughout our history we have welcomed anyone to come to events we held but this year we are making more of an effort to include everyone. January 19, 2013 is our first meeting of 2013. We will be discussing a lot of topics so make sure you mark you calendars and we will see you at the meeting. Details can be found on the forum.

2013 Dues deadline is January 31, 2013. Make sure if you are a supporting member of AZXC you renew by this date. Go on the forum and click the donate tab, or you can pay these at the upcoming meeting.

The AZXC team is also working on new sponsors for 2013. Stay tuned for exciting changes coming this year.

Next week (Jan 19) is the first official meeting of 2013! Location and details are on the forum. Meeting will start around 1700 (5pm). We have a MOD day planned before the meeting. Following the meeting we will be headed out for the first “night” run of 2013. Check out the forum and we hope to see you there.

AZXC has raffles planned throughout the year. We would like to thank our supporting vendors for 2013! Nisstec Lifts, Raingler Nets, XT Fabrication, Xoskel, and RockAuto.com. There will be some awesome stuff given away at the events so make sure you attend. Your officers and support staff are also working with other companies. We are excited to announce more supporting vendors for the premier Nissan Off Road club soon, so stay tuned!
