Where do i hook it?

So one of my friends has a 2wd Ford sporttrac and found a small hill he wanted to flex it on and take a picture. Well him being a very n00b driver(16 yr old) started driving down the hill and drove right into a small ditch. Anyways, long story short, i tried pulling him out, and couldnt find a place to hook my tow hook up to. So i went under the back bumper, found a hole in the chasis and hooked it up to that. While pulling him, it not only bent the hole on the chasis, the strap had so much pressure that it bent my bumper. Not terribly, but enought hat i can notice. it doesnt look bad as i tried pulling him from the other hole on the other side, so at least its symmetrical. LMAO. But i need to find a better way to hook this Tow strap onto....

you bent the chassis on your x or his sporttrac???
My 06 has a front tow hook, and I think there is an anchor point on the rear.
