Timing belt change gone bad

Well, a couple of months ago I did a full timing belt, water pump, seals, and thermostat change. I was kind worried of over tension on the belt but the scale said 22# and it didn't whine when i started it up. Fast foward to Wednesday at 60mph on the expressway and lost everything. Tow it back to the house and take the top cover off, not a lot of tension. Slowly turn crank a little a ratchet and belt doens't move. FUDGE. I haven't taken the lower cover off yet, but has anyone ever lost a tensioner? Truck drove 5k miles since it's been back together, and I can't think of what else it could be.

Did you replace the tensioner when you did the belt?

I wonder if you broke the key off the crank or if you stripped teeth off the belt. I stripped 4 teeth off my belt. Let us know what you find.

Yes. I bought the full kit from Courtesy Parts. I used the factory service manual for all torque settings.

Im very curious. I've done about 6 or 7 timing belts and the only problem I've had was a belt was too tight.

Well a little more digging and found left side cam shaft siezed tight. That explains the crank killing the belt. Now what to do with the truck?
