|intender||closest place with ethanol free gas is about 36 mile round trip, and $.60 more a gallon than what I am paying locally for ethanol gas. $10 more per fill up and 2 gallons of gas burned round trip. Not sure its worth the trouble for regular fill ups, but I will keep it handy for longer trips. Thanks for the info.|

|Swamp-Man||I get about 14-15MPG with my X with very little highway driving. I am quite happy with that for a supercharged brick on wheels. If you want fuel economy then get a used Toyota Yaris type of car for daily driving.|

|SamsXE||No one ever said they were cheap to run...fuel-wise at least. Get a motorcycle and ride that on days when you can?|

The wifes mdx could care less what kind of fuel you put in it. it gets about 1mpg different as long as you run premium.

|lddfarms||I get 19-22mpg. I switched to the non-ethanol fuel and it made a big difference. I was getting 15mpg. If non-ethanol isn't available I use either BP mid grade or add Lucas gas additive.|

|miskywhisky||There is no magic chip out there that will do a lick of good (ie pay for its self) for the 1st gen. Your options are deal with it or sell it.|
