Let's hear it! It should be an ongoing thread. Whatever you did, big or small!

Today, I:

Uploaded photos onto a USB, hooked it up to my HU, and put my fiancee as the screen saver. She is hot.

Paid for it - then promptly ordered adjustable rear shackles, a full set of Bilstein 5100's and the AC UCA kit from 4x4 parts! Oh yeah, and a Xentec Hi/Lo 6000k HID headlight kit!

And so it begins...

I will take better pictures when I get it outside in the daylight and send them over.

Todd, thank you very much for your help with this. Seems silly to go through Spokane, WA to get graphics done (especially when there are 2 shops here in town) but for the price and the service, you've got a customer as long as I have a need and you're still in business. :amazing:

I did new spark plugs and an intake manifold spacer today. Todd, did you get my email the other day about Powertank stickers.

Caught up on some maintenance.

Did the air box mod with a drop in K&N. Replaced PCV valve, new Fuel Filter, restored headlights, put in LED parking lights. Sea foamed the gas tank and the vacuum line.

replaced tranny filter and fluid it need it bad. also found my oil sending unit to be leaking, so fixed that. and i believe that was misdiagnosed as my rear main seal leaking as it hasnt leaked out anymore since.

Today i changed my fuel filter, i have a feeling is the second ever one put on here. the line cracked where the outlet is so i had to razor cut that piece off. PHEW then, i changed out microgaurd filter and switched to NAPA Gold filter. A better filter better protection and you dont get those horrible dry starts. Then i cleaned out the Throttle body. thats not even mentioning checking the timing. all in all it was a good day.

Wish you would have done a How To on that oil sending unit. I have a leak that "looks" like it could be a rear main seal.

didnt think about that man sorry but basically it was near the oil filter here is a link to a pic of its location on 3.3L xterras http://repairguide.autozone.com/zne...6b43f/80/20/5f/a7/medium/0996b43f80205fa7.gif it wasnt hard to do just unplug, unbolt and rebolt plug in basically if your x has oil on the underside (near oil pan rms/tranny area or as with mine dribbling out on the bell-housing and eventually dribbling down onto the pavement) that little unit about 3 inches long and costing $10 maybe your leak source so far explaining the leak and why it would only drip occasionally.

Replaced the Headliner! $54 for the material, $40 for the glue and about 4.5hours of labor. It turned out pretty well and the adhesive is holding. That was my biggest fear that I was going to get it all back in and the material would fall down again.

Xterra 04's write-up on how to do this was priceless. Thanks

1st Gen Make-over

Our 2003 X got the "Full Monty" last week...After waiting for all the parts to arrive...local shop installed a Calmini 3-inch lift, steering idler arm brace, ARB front bull bar bumper, Warn VR 8000 winch, Calmini rear bumper swing away spare tire carrier and custom Hi-Lift jack (or possible gas can) mount. Xoskel front "Lo Pro" light cage.
