Anyone have pics of 8 inch wide wheels with 3.75 backspacing? or 4" backspacing. I've only seen 1 pic of the 4"

Yea i thought they were 33's. i was planning on running 31's or 32's with a pml and a set of 15x8 wheels that i already have but the backspacing is 3.75. is this not gonna be possible?
Anything is possible ;)

All depends on how much you want to cut metal on your X
and dont do 31's.. They will look weak..

yeah 32's and 4.5 backspace will give you a nice stance. You'll have to pull the plastic piece behind the wheel well off, hammer back the pinch welds, and trim your front bumper. Sounds like a lot but its not bad and if you take your time itll turn out great... (forgot to mention T-bars were raised on mine to level it)

heres mine on 265/75/16s with 4.5 inch backspaced wheels

trimming and what was hammered back to get them to fit

*may have to take more off your front bumper because the 00-01 fenders are a little different to the 02-04 fenders

yeah stock shackles, only suspension mods in the picture are t-bar crank and bilstein h.d. off-road shocks

i.m.o opininon these trucks looks better leveled. The downside to leveling is claimed to be loss of gas mileage, handling characteristics, and so forth. but the jury is still out on this one. I couldn't tell any difference in mine.

I run 33's on 4.75" backspacing. I have a 2" BL and PML. Even 31's with that much backspacing is probably going to encounter some rubbing.

Break out the cutting wheel:

Rough cut before finishing wheel:

Basically, I cut as far back as you can go without continuing into the rocker panel/door jamb. At full stuff, full lock, I still rub but 90% of my rubbing issues are gone.

Here's a pic of mine back when it just had the 2 in BL...

You see that that piece attached to the front bumper is missing.. I probably could have hacked the mess out of it and it wouldn't rub but I had plans of getting a SL in the future so I wanted to salvage this piece..

Decent photo of the stance..

Here's my setup now..

You can get the idea of the stance here..

Hope this helped!
