I'm sorry... I really am for posting this pic up of a jeep, but I want to know what the black piece of the custom bumper is called... I'll still trying to design a small bumper (not like that of an ARB or Shrock) but just for the bottom part of the X. So whats the black part called? thanx'

I know that... but isn't there like a specific name for it? I may try and incorporate it in the design. It was used on the General Lee, I know that... but where could I buy one? I'm searching the internet and can't find anything...

how much more specific do you want?

its basically the center section of a brush guard, just without the headlight things

The specific name for the black part in front of the grill is: Grill Guard

If in front of the lights: Light Guard

:wink-big:

When I built the pushbar for my Jeep I got it off a Chevy Silverado Dually back in the day as they made stuff like that for them but not Jeeps. Look for sites that specialize in emergency vehicles and you'll find lots of examples of pushbars.
