I was out washing fire trucks on sunday and my buddy had something called a california water blade. After we washed and rinsed the truck off he pulled it out and started to use it. This thing is AMAZING!! I went out and bought one about an hour later to test it out on my X. I got it at walmart for 8 bucks!
It removes water from your vehicle with one swipe... goes wet to dry instantly, and the best part... NO WATER MARKS!
Check it out! And I strongly recomend this product for die hard detailers.

I've been using one for many years, and yep it's killer. I originally got it to use on my Hearse, because there's a lot of real estate on that thing, lol, and it was taking friggin forever to get it dry. Now it only takes about 2 minutes and one little towel to get the little corners and crevises.
Great product (I wish I invented it):thumbsup-big::thumbsup-big: (2 thumbs up)

I know I'm late in this post, but ...
I agree that the blade is nice, but I'm a firm believer of the fewer things that touch the paint the better.
With that said I use the blower portion of my shop vac to blow dry my vehicle. It works awesome for getting all the water out of all the nooks and crannies and you can tell when it's time to wax if blow drying takes too long.

Hey Scooby where you been. Sorry to hijack. Did you sell your X? Someone found it on CX. Sorry if you have been asked already. Just curious.
