If you had $2000.00 bucks to spend on mods, what would be you first purchase?

Lower t-case gears, and maybe one or two of onboard welder, snorkle, locker, etc.

:D

Are we referring to mods for the X, or mods in general automotively speaking?

If for the X, then Ditto what Anthony posted.

If for Automotive in general, then I would be springing for a 300ZX TT Motor, Trans, all accessories, and then for the time to have the local guru drop them into my convertible 240SX. It would appear that I can do that much more cheaply than picking up the SR20DET that I have been thinking about. Price keeps going up on those with import fees, etc.

If it was 2000 for mods to the house, well I need to put a new duct system under the house, or that would be the good downpayment on an in ground pool, or would completely pay for putting up a shop building behind the house for the additional tools and toys that I keep seeming to acquire.

Ok I have just put way too much thought into a simple post on a sunday morning. My head hurts....

You can run HVAC ducts underneath the house...a lot of '50-60's homes were built that way.

The registers come up through the floor, instead of down from the ceiling or walls, etc.

:D

Another variation is used for radon mitigation.

Yeppa, if the house has a crawl space foundation (as opposed to slab, or basement) then most often they have duct work under the house, such as mine. My vents aren't in the floor though, they actually come up inbetween the walls and the registers are there in the wall.

I don't think radon vents are usually ducts. The radon mitigation I've seen has been through pvc piping, sometimes with a small vent fan.

But I doubt anyone would have this as their next Xterra Mod. ;)

I think if you have radon in your X...there is a serious problem though.

I hear it can make people do crazy things. like cross dress.

Maybe radon vents should be next on your list then ;)

BTW - that chiffon number you had on the other night was simply devine...can I borrow it?

(Assuming of course that Boofer didn't stretch it out too bad?)
