wifeys2k 03-08-2009, 02:04 PM Hey everyone, I'm new here but not to automotive forums so my problem is this; My wifes 2000 se won't start. She went to leave the other night it started, she put it in reverse and it died. It turns over, its getting fuel, its not free spinning like a broken timing belt, but it has no spark. The guy at the parts store said it could be the park/neutral pos. switch. Any comment/ suggestions? i have plenty of experience turning wrenches so i can handle most anything. 02blue4x4 03-08-2009, 02:13 PM Could be a broken distributor. Take the cap off and see if the rotor turns.
