my project stealth... :(

some punkass kid relative of my neighbor across the street thought his car was in park but it was in neutral, rolled back right into the car...crushed the bumper, marker light, fog light, and headlight lens....

im very friendly with the neighbor, and don't want any bad blood so we decided not to file a report or do any insurance, i just have to find new parts and send him the bill

its kinda lame, but it REALLY sucks for the kid because he was driving a BRAND NEW acura tsx loaner car, put a huuuuge gash in his rear bumper :)

now i have a dillemma, because i didn't plan on turbo'ing the car, but now i have someone to buy me a nice new aftermarket bumper that could show off some FMIC lovin'

suxors yo, but if you do go turbo, you gonna set it up for fast spooling low boost, or slow spooling big boost, or drop major coin and set it up for fast spooling big boost

I know what its like to do a major muck up like that as a teenager. It really stinks.
Get what you need, but don't exploit, that kids probably shelling out enough for the Acura.

Then again, I don't know what I would do I someone practically handed me a blank check.

like i said, i wasn't going to report it or anything like that, its my neighbor's nephew and im cool with my neighbor, so no need to report it...

i wouldn't take advantage of the situation, but when its $500 + just for a new OEM bumper, and aftermarket fiberglass bumper are in the $300 range, im helping both of us out (i get something i'd rather have and he saves lots of money)

a little pricey, but i wouldnt have him pay for the entire thing, maybe toss me $300 or so and i'd cover the rest...plus, it does away with the flasher lens that got cracked and comes with a new corner lens

i say do it!!! that would look really good....clean up the front end and give it a different look
