Thats the second feral hog that crossed my path, and met her doom with the Colt Delta Elite 10mm, not quite a month ago. Just one shot, but they always run away. Going looking for them is the scary part....

we have about 4 hog traps out at my grandmothers land so hopefully we can get some good and fresh bacon on the table.. LOL

You know there was a 1million dollar grant(i think it was a million) allocated to the state forestry here(TX) for eradication of feral hogs, and after I called all over the state trying to find someone who could tell me how it works, finnaly a guy in San Antonio said the money was already contracted with trappers in some areas. I think it was lost somewhere. He did say something about giving the location of my land if I wanted a air strike. Somehow I just didn't have a very good feeling about that activity, lol. Anyways this article said there was an estimated 2 million feral hogs in TX, so I figure somebody owes me about a dollar and fifty cents for the three I have dispatched!

Right, it is the old original 10mm defunked by the FBI,and lost popularity when Miami vice went to reruns, but still appreciated by some of the elderly like me.... The 40 s&w is a cut down 10mm, so now they cut down the .40 and call it a 10 again?
