Damn, what a choice difference. What made you get this over the FJ?
Either way, good choice, and hell, why not go get it dirty :p

The toyota was nice and handled well, however every toyota dealership was a pain, sat and lied to my face about ordering just what I wanted and I got tired of it. I didn't want the toyotas $30 thousand dollar 4x4 that had things I didnt need (All had the options to boost the price). So I saw the new xterra, liked the new look and the widened chasis and decided to test drive it. I liked it better and so did my wife and kids. It was a better choice for room with the kids. I wanted a manual tranny and this transmission was just plain superior in feel to the toyotas. The toyotas gears were very close and just didnt feel as nice as the Nissan's. So I got it and now Im glad we didnt get the FJ. Also the kids would have hated getting into that Fj.
Toy Stealerships are famous for that.

Welcome to the Club!!! Lots of great things going on here. I like the look of the FJ, but the Xterra has much more of the things that I needed.
