No I just like the way it looks.

That's better at least, because if you DID off road, you'd have to take it off so it wouldn't get broken or hit into your truck and break other parts, etc.

As they are merely cosmetic, and you are using them for merely cosmetic purposes, the only downside remaining is if you actually have an accident, and suffer additional damage, etc.
