Alright, I've always been a bit of a gambler, but have over the last year or so discovered the joys of Texas Hold'em and have become somewhat addicted... I've started playing almost every night online, and hold regular tournaments with coworkers on the weekends.
anybody else out there a poker addict?

Nope, don't gamble.

I used to play poker when I was in Nam. Back then, it wasnt just a game, it was a right of survival. At times, it could cost you your life. but you had to play their way. Naked & greased up. Heavily greased. I never understood that part.:machinegunner:

Relax a little PTSD is healthy or at least they told us that when I got back from Iraq. We all had to get mass counseling 'cause some body pulled a McDonalds employee across the counter and gave him a black eye.

That reminds me. My dad has this room with his billiards table in it. It has a wooden sign that says "John's Bar. Liquor in the front, Poker in the rear"
I laughed and asked him if he got the double entendre, and he was clueless.
I had to explain it to him.
