Forum! I am an avid DIY but can't seem to find a good angle to get a grip on the oil filter on my daughter's X'er. Swapped the oil out but the old filter is in there until I get some help! Maybe a smaller size oil filter wrench? I can't figure out whether to go via the engine or from the chassis area.
Help!

i just lay inder mine and reach over the skid plate from the rear and remove it with my hand, you could also remove the skid plate via the 6 screws.

I personally get completely naked. Then I grease up. Greasing up cannot be understated. :biggrin:

Um, I'd just get a smaller filter wrench...works fine.
