What am I doing wrong? I clicked on insert picture, but all I get is a link?

First, the original pic you chose was too big and grainy. To hotlink a pic from the internet, copy the pic's address, then click on the box that looks like 2 mountains with a yellow sky, then copy the address into it.

What people usually do is keep their pics in a free hosting website such as photobucket.com. I copied one of your pics to the newly established ClubX photobucket account (see home page for details), Had to convert it & resize it and then did the IMG attachment for you.

For the time being I guess. If it gets too crazy then we'll have to limit them a bit more.

Being a small site, I've never really discussed the issue with the owner (M4CK).

EDIT: I had to resize it. I have 1400 x 900 res on my widescreen monitor at home so it didnt look that big. I saw it at work today and Wow that was big!

Is it still bigger than what you had at CT? It's hard for me to judge at home with the widescreen monitor.....
