how do I upload them. My file is too big.

I upload all of mine to www.xterrafirma.com

They have an unlimited picture gallery, and it takes care of sizing it for you automatically...you just tell it which ones to upload, and they appear in your gallery after uploading...

After they appear in my gallery, I just right click the properties of the pic I want, copy the image address from that, and paste it in between image tags here for it to display in posts.
