Greetings everyone.

I don't own an Xterra yet but am seriously considering buying one. I've been renting 4wd SUVs locally from Avis for trips to Utah/Arizona. No serious off road travel, but on roads that require the ground clearance and occasional 4wd. So far I just been searching and reading the forum to get some additional information that's been very useful. This seems like a pretty civilized group that is willing to helpout new members.

Thanks everyone. I'm glad to be a member. I've just about decided to buy the '09 Off Road that we test drove last weekend. My plans are to pretty much enjoy it the way it is and not beat on it. Our intended plans should be well within it's as delivered capabilities.
