what all does it take to change out these automatic hubs? momma got a little rough with the X last weekend! thanks guys

they swap out really easily, should be a quick job

my advice though, the warn or milemarker manual lockout hubs are not as strong as the OEM nissan automatic locking hubs...so if you dont really need the extra functionality of the manual hubs, just stick with autos

True, but WARNS and MileMarkers are a lot cheaper to buy than new auto hubs ;) I mean A LOT cheaper lol. I've never had a problem with WARN hubs. I've had problems with auto hubs though.

Edit to add....I can swap out auto hubs with WARN hubs in about 45 minutes or so. It's very simple to do. Might take a little longer your first time doing it...but if you've ever repacked the bearings, it's very similar....swap 'em out..and WARN hubs come with great instructions.

nissan wanted around 300 for the parts for my hubs. just the parts.... and warn is under 170. and there is some good advantages to the manual hubs like knowing that your hubs are not engaged or engaged when they should be. and you can also get 2 low

gotcha...even better, picked up a set of used warn hubs at ECXC for $15 :)
