You could contact Tech12Volt to design and make you an affordable underseat box:

Is it that the magnet is too deep or too wide?

If it's too deep, cut a piece of mdf to fit the mounting face of the speaker and attach it using longer screws. If it's too wide, well you know what you gotta do then... get ta cuttin'! hahaha

yeah, see if you can make a spacer to stick it out a little farther, maybe out of dynamat...
that rollup cork gasket they sell at autozone might even work

hmmm how much is the fitment off by?
if its only 1/8 of an inch or so, i think you would have enough clearance with the plastic trim panel...if not, you could always make a cutout for the speaker then buy or fab some speaker grills for them

I had the same problem with the Pioneer 4-ways that I put in a couple years back.

They were only a bit too deep, so all I did was put some washers on the back side of the mounting holes then tightened them down with the original screws.

The stock plastic grills still fit over the top...

You can try spacing the window track back also. You can usually get about 3/4"-1" without it binding the window. Just unbolt the track, push it back a little and roll the window up and down to see who far you can go. Then just make an aluminium spacer to put in between the inner skin and the track (you'll also need a longer 8mm or 10mm bolt depending on which yours has.)

Just read back through the thread again. Sorry, I thought you where trying to get them to fit in the doors and clear the glass, lol.
