I dont own a 2nd gen X, just 1st gen.
So I'll let the 2nd gen owners chime in for where to get the lights from.
But if your brother is wanting an aftermarket bumper, go with Shrockworks.
Their bumpers have foglight openings made for stock foglights for 2nd gen models only.
Just thought I'd let ya know on that one.

Show him pics of those modded X's on here.
That'll do the trick! Haha!
You or him should check the regional forums and see who's nearby in case he wants to get an idea if they have mods on their X's, he can check the rigs out and see it for himself.
If not, look into the trip reports....TONS of pics of modded rigs on trips in that topic.

You can get the fog lamp kit from YOURNISSANPARTS.COM for 249.99. It takes about an hour to do, and all the wiring is already in place. Someone on this forum site did a real good pictorial on how to do the installation proceedure, several years ago, which I used when I installed my kit. The part number is PK2007XTERRAFOG.
