Can anyone show me where the Idle air control valve/sensor is. Found the part on www.courtesyparts.com but i can't seem to locate the actual part on the truck.

Your problem sparked my research mode.
I saw where others had tried the cleaning and it did not work.
But, if I may?
Is it all metal?
If so, maybe spray it with some carb cleaner?
Use the little red tube thing and stick it inside.
Just a shot in the dark here.

I pray it is not your intake manifold.
Let us know when you get it fixed.
