I'm trying to help my little brother out and could use some assistance from you. His Civic was broken into recently and the stereo was stolen. In the interest of time (I'm assuming) they trashed the dash. He's taken it to a local shop -not a dealer- but they claim that there are three different dash models for the car and they've ordered two of them and neither are correct and are unable to find the third.

Are there really three different dash models for the 2000 Civic LX (4 door, manual)? If so, is there some distinguishing feature that would ensure that I find the correct one?

Finally, do you all have any good sources for interior parts (OEM or good aftermarket)? I've looked briefly and found an OEM dash for $240 to $280 depending on the color (I'm not sure what color his is, I'll have to get the color codes).
