They were good quality and were the ones that used the existing screws. I think I got them for $95 (including shipping, which was lke 15 dollars or so). They screw in, using same screws as the ones holding in your lightss (or so the guy says - I havent received them yet). I'd avoid them. Too many guys I wheel with had them, and regreted it...and no one ever had them save a tail light either...just do more damage than w/o the guards. A friend had them on an early 4runner (or was it a pathfinder... whatever), and a branch or something caught one on a trail run... ripped the front screws out and bent the sheet metal, which cracked the lens. So instead of replacing a lens (which he probably wouldn't have had to do, since it doesn't stick out), he had to replace a lens and get bodywork done.
