Anyone know where I can find rims like http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d146/Megatron1977/bodylift002.jpg ? I know they are stock rims, but I like them better than the stock ones I have.

It's either I find someone who's just gonna chunk their old ones or save up for these: http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/DC-1-Black.aspx?t_c=11&t_s=210&t_pt=100044&t_pl=5429 which I love, but can nowhere near afford right now.

If you have absolutely no luck with any used ones, and don't want to pay outrageous $400/wheel prices at the dealership; here's a good site that sells OEM take offs.

http://www.finishlinewheels.com/

I'm planning to get some charcoal Frontier Desert Runner rims from these guys after the 1st of the year when I recover from the Christmas shopping bill shock ;)

The Desert Runner wheels I'm looking at on this site are $150 each (much better than $350/each at the dealership).

You can also look on evilBay.

Thanks for the link Dave, I'll look into those.

Funny you should say that JDubbau02, the pic I posted is actually a pic of Drake's old rims. Personally, I think those rims look great and they go with my X's colors, and since I'm not planning on putting on big tires any time soon I'd rather not buy new rims then have to pay for new ones later. Maybe Drake's still got his laying around. =)

Hey buddy, I will sell you 5 for $250. I paid $100 for one of them just so I could match the others. I am not going to lie, they are not in great shape, but You will never find them for a better price, I promise. I was previously selling them for $450 shipped.

Mine are not for sale unfortunately. They are for my daily driving. My steelies are strictly for off-road. With 33's, I'm only getting about 10 to 11 mpg so it would be wallet homicide if I ran them all the time.

I'd jump all over James' offer even with the rock rash. That's a hell of a deal.

Damn, that is a great deal. I just don't think I can afford it ATM. I gotta get my finances straight first, and I gotta buy needs and not wants.

One other quick thing. My front rims get covered with brake dust, and I was wondering if anyone's ever used these: http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?MfrCode=MRG&MfrPartNumber=6906&CategoryCode=3214B and if so do they work?

hey for brake dust i used honda polish from a bike shop. i use this as well for all my bikes and they work great, try it . i think youll be happy with it. it cleans and polishes ur parts at the same time. if i get lazy ill use this to wax my xterra.

Yeah, I was just hoping to find something to stop the dust from getting on there in the first place. With my knee I can't wash my truck as much as I'd like to, so if something would keep it from getting dusty it'd be great.

In my experiences... mud covers up brake dust really good. :mocking: hahahaha

this stuff will take it off almost all of it and acts as a wax so itll help abit. but even after u get more on itll make it easy to remove.
