TN4x4Xterra 10-23-2008, 02:26 PM Nice!
Creepy Cruiser 10-23-2008, 02:35 PM Way cool!
I'm thinking you could only go down about 2"-3" though, without some big mods, lol. I'd say, measure it now, crank down the front for the best fit without any problems, measure it again, and then do the blocks in the back to match
I love your clubX sticker placement.
Rez90 10-23-2008, 02:37 PM bling bling

Creepy Cruiser 10-25-2008, 10:51 AM Here is the link for the stickers. http://www.graveyardgraphics.com/clubxterralogos.htm
twest2006 10-26-2008, 10:51 AM ok, ? for the plastics do you guys think i should go dark gray or just black (inspired by drake, lol). i like the black but dont know if it'll be to dark to match.
Bluegrassen 10-26-2008, 01:34 PM I think ether color would look fine, Its up to you. Just make sure you do a good job preping everything. Preparation is the key to any good paint job.
I found this write-up that might come in handy. http://www.properautocare.com/howcanirefao.html
twest2006 11-19-2008, 09:43 AM ok...this bumper painting thing is gonna happen next week. but what i need to know is if taking off the bumpers and grill is a must or is it just recommended. only askin because after readin a few threads it almost seems as a must but the link bluegrassen posted ^ it doesnt say that you need to do that and i really dont want to. lol also what kind of sand paper do i need? found all that paint and everything. just the 400 different kinds of sand paper.
twest2006 11-26-2008, 05:18 PM yup yup i did the bumper painting today. i really dont know how it looks because it was cloudy and it got dark really quick. had no idea what i was doin either but i promise i will get the pics up tomorrow.
twest2006 11-27-2008, 10:16 AM i know its been a long 17 hrs for some of you. haha so your wait is over.

vandebogart 11-27-2008, 12:38 PM Looks good man!
those pics remind me.. i gota get the pics of my bumper and plastics.. i painted them black a while ago and never posted em lol
DaveC 11-27-2008, 12:49 PM I'd love to redo my grill in black, or at least a fresh coat of that Nissan gray...but alas the Shrock bumper is on there, and it was welded for extra strength...and I'd have to drop that to get the grill off :( I'll just have to envy you guys' nice repainted grills.
tameroflions 11-27-2008, 05:19 PM that black looks real good, i like the semi gloss on it!

BTW - Nice job on the paint! Was the plastics by the front doors hard to remove? or did you just tape it off? (the one where the mudflaps attaches to)
twest2006 11-27-2008, 08:13 PM nah i taped it. didnt really have that kind of time to take stuff off. took me four hours just to tape and paint.
